Okay thank you so much you have been a huge help! And my parents know they were there for it :)
Well common sense would tell me for myself that if i were you and the docs laid me on my back and the episode stopped then that is what i would do at home...i really wouldn't worry too much Josh because bad news always comes super fast with doctors and you got none. One thing for 100% sure that i do know is that you need to make absolutely sure you stay away from any type of energy drinks, colored sodas, caffeine, chocolate to try to help yourself if it is heart related because those thngs will set off a very fast heart rate. I would seriously consider walking into the other room right now and tell your mom or dad or whatever adult that you are worried and scared because their job is to protect you and if you are afraid you can bet they'll say or do something about it. You pretty much have a low weight so that means that your metabolism is going to go much quicker thru your body and so will the adrenaline that is why you want to stay away from anything that will speed up your heart and the other thing to do is to make sure that you are drinking alot of water each day because dehydration can set this off too...think about talking to your family and get their input......
And no, no mess they don't know what's wrong with me.
Well the weird part is that they did my heart rate and then they laid me flat on the ground and it stopped right then and there. And no if it does happen again I will go to the ER and find more info. Everytime it does happen they lay me flat and it goes away just like that so they don't know what to do :(
More importantly Josh what did the doctor in the emergency room say? Did you go to the hospital last nite? Did you tell your parents? You have to give us a little more information to be able to help you out here. What kind of pain came with the fast heart rate? Where did you feel it? Did they give you medicine when you went to the hospital last time? What did they tell you to do if it happened again? Did your parents make an appt. for you with a heart doc?
