I agree with the other posters.
Call you doctor immediately - if you cant get be seen today then head to a clinic where you can be seen (walk in clinic, ER etc.)
You have textbook symptoms of dehydration. Plus other issues. My vote is to take a trip to the emergency room. That means now. Not two hours from now. The question is: "Are your problems life-threatening?". The answer is "possibly". You have reached a point where a cascade of events make result in unecessary loss of your life.
If you have (green) diarrhea, recently had a pneumonia, and a blood pressure that low with a heart rate of 122, you must see a doctor immediately. Not saying this is life threatening but see a doctor, especially if you are worse, and your blood pressure is lower, than usual..
