Heart keeps 'jumping'.
Don't know if this is the right forum, but anyway.

I have a spot or something on my face, and I have a bit of stubble. When I knock my face and the stubble hits is, it stings, but my heart 'jumps' like I've been scared by something.

Is this a concern, or not? It's only happened today, but each time the spot get's caught.

Hello, the symptom that you are reporting is probably a reaction driven by the pain in this sensitive spot. I will suggest you to consult about this problem if you start feeling persistent palpitations (flattering or jumping) of your chest. Good luck
