Hiatal hernia and arrythmias

I have a "small" hiatal hernia and frequent profound (deep in lower chest) gas accompanied by constant belching. Some arrythmias when sitting but mostly on lying down. (atrail fib, skipped beats, pvs). They tend to be relieved on repeated belching and expulsion of most gas. That is, until gas builds up again. The condition is nerve wracking and interferring with sleep. Doctors have been of no help. Don't want to discuss hernia at all. Should also mention that I have "multiple" gall stones (for 23 years). No pain or elevated liver enzymes. Is it possible hiatal hernia is responsible for the gas buildup and arrythmias? This has been going on now for ab0ut two years.
