Hormones and PVC

Has anyone noticed an increase in PVCs one week prior to your period? I know that the day before mine, my heart  usually acts up pretty bothersome. I don't take any birth control or homone replacement but I have to take thyroid medicine every day. Please help me regulate this . It brings me to tears sometimes.

People have posted before reporting monthly flare up of PVCs prior to, during or after their cycle.  There is not a specific treatment for this and have never read about using birth control pills to regulate this.

Yes, I'm almost 45 and I have much more trouble before my period and during ovulation.  I've had PVCs since my early 20s, but it's definitely gotten worse the past couple of years.  Sometimes I gets a fluttery feeling too, which I dislike even more than the PVCs.  The cardiologist says my heart appears healthy, and so I'm really trying not to become a hermit over this!   He hasn't mentioned birth control pills, but he did prescribe metropolol, but I really want to avoid medication (unless, of course, I had some life threatening problem).
