Now I have skipped beats

I dont know if this is a PVC or a PAC but I constantly have skipped beats.  I did have a Cox Maze procedure because two failed ablations could not help my A-fib.  My beats range in the 60s.  Some of these beats are uncomfortable.  I had the Maze in March of last year and recently was taken off the BP meds which regulated my beats.  I really dont like being on the meds but I also dont like this discomfort.  Dont know what to do.  Any input?

Go to youtube and type in pvc and then pac. There are examples of what each one sounds like. I get pacs and they feel like ba beat, ba beat, ba beat beat (pause) hard beat.
