i feel your pain, i am 48 and have had pac/pvc since i was 23 so a long time with them. i have years where i get them off and on than i have years like the last 3 where i get them for 10 weeks straight, 24/7 i have them i was having over 3000 a day and i felt everyone of them, now this year i have had none so never can tell what they are doing. i take timolol twice a day for them i have been on that med for 15 years , seems to work until they decide to be a reg in my life and yes they scare the he-- out of me , no matter how many years you have them or how ofton it still scares you , never get use to them, i have worn montors had all kinds of test done and always pac have them the most, dr says not going kill you , so i keep going . i have found out when in pacs mode i always get a montor wear for 30 days makes me feel better when i call it in and they say nothing wrong. if i dont wear one and have them all day, i really stress so my dr always calls me in a montor , who cares insurance pays it and i feel better. so try and not worry about them easy said huh. here if you need to talk.
The holter should confirm what the palpitations are from. Hot flashes/hormonal changes are a common cause for PVCs to flare up. I am not sure what else to say -- I didn't see a question. I hope this helps.
