I fully agree with the above great advice.  To this I ask:  has the cause of your irregular heart beat been diagnosed?  That may be the reason (too?) for the beta blocker. I will also add my personal experience with beta blockers, taken at a higher level than you.  I currently take 50 mg of Metoprolol which I am sure causes me some fatigue as a side effect.  I have had a high dose of calcium channel blocker added and it may add to my fatigue.  I take both the BB and the CCB to slow my heart rate which is driven by permanent atrial fibrillation (my root problem), I had normal blood pressure.  The BB and CCB caused some low BB as a side effect, but my system has adjusted, I now have mostly low/normal BP.   This makes me wonder if these drugs would help me if I had a BP problem...not side track intended here.  But as already said, we do not "prescribe" here, we share experiences.  Hope my addition is of some help in understanding your specific situation which can be diagnosed only by a medical doctor.

Hello.

We are not allowed to answer questions regarding medications and side effects, because we are not professionals.

Anyway, vitamin B12 is essential for your health, and I assume you take B12 because you have too low B12 on blood tests? If you haven't, take a blood test to verify if you actually have too low B12. If not, you may be wasting your money if that's not the problem.

You should ask your doctor to find out why you have low energy. It could be almost anything. Also, it's uncommon for a 28 years old female to have high blood pressure. What is causing this? Stress?

By the way, low energy is a known side effect of beta blockers and maybe you can discuss this with your doctor? There are lots of other blood pressure meds that don't have this side effect.

Never change your meds without asking your doctor.
