I just want to know how I can accept that these PACs are not dangerous?  I have read soooo much on them and everything says they will not hurt you.  But everytime I feel a thump in my chest, I get scared that my heart will stop or go into some lethal arrythmia.  I have never had these before and all of a sudden here they are....How can I accept that they are benign??

I know the feeling Crystal. Today and last night have NOT been good for me PVC-wise. I wonder too how they can NOT be dangerous and right now, I am scared silly. I should practice what I preach here and try to relax, but, as I have said in the past, once I have a few I am off to the races and I can not think straight. I am a mess.

Of course, my stress was just raised one more level, if that is possible. My kitty, who has never been sick has developed some health issure involving her bladder and I am not sure what the vets will do, I may have to go out of town of the one in this small town can not help. I am really worried, so, this is not helping either.

Anyway, we have to hang in there, if docs say they are benign, I guess they are, but, it is sure hard to believe. Like I said, I am sitting here feeling like a time bomb.
