Sorry, don't know the answer to that question.
i guess my last question is, if i did not freak out or get suddenly spooked, why would my blood pressure sky rocket like that if i had a quick bout of palpitations and sinus tach?
how does a palp look on a heart monitor? I watched my heart monitor for a minute, then felt my heart sink, kinda like a palp. It looked like my normal beat but weird

If you picture that what a beat looks like
I would just add that being scared to death could certainly cause your BP to spike like that. I'd agree with cindy here, that it sounds pretty tame. I know it doesn't seem that way. I get those kind of palps relatively frequently, and depending on my mood, they can be anywhere between no big deal and rather worrisome. There's kind of a catch with these things, IMO. The more you worry about them, the worse they tend to get, causing more worry, and so on. My understanding is that the "heavy heartbeat" type of palpitation isn't really of much concern. So that said, I'm assuming that since you've got a history of PVCs, you're working with a doctor. When in doubt, give your doctor a call and go in to see him/her if that will help ease your mind.
i forgot to mention that when i had the palpitations that my blood pressure when up to about 155/95, it went down about an hour after wards. I did go to the hospital after the second time it happened and they said it was palps to.
Hi read your post......it does sound to me exactly like run of the mill palpatations to me and you are a lucky person if you've only had a few episodes in the past couple of years, Palps are a common occurance with healthy people and doesn't mean that they are going to come more frequently or get worse. These could just be isolated cases brought on by stress or anxiety or possibly even your caffeine intake. its great that you aren't experiencing any other symtoms so yours is a situation where you need in my opinion to just accept them on occasion and know that they will pass. Everyones heart has its own personal way of functioning and doing a vagal manuever may work for you, glad the meds are working tho. I'd relax a little and live your life.......
