We are so happy you are back! I wondered about your heart too, so thats great!
Enjoy you day in the sun, and sorry about the funeral thing--lol Guess some of us are just on here so much when someone who was a regular, gets hurt and comes back and then is gone, it freaks us out! lol YAY though!

Man o man that is why i love this site...that was a totally weird feeling reading all of those posts.....kind of like being at your own funeral or something!!!!!!!!!! Yep i got the all clear from the doc this week to use my left arm and hand again...so in a nutshell......the left forearm was broken into 5 pieces (try taking a bath or washing your hair with that one you guys....much less opening a bottle of water) ended up w. two plates and eleven screws in the arm...the right foot it turns out had 4 breaks in it..still in the aircast for a couple of more weeks and the nose....the doc says it adds charactor that its broken...whatever...you can tell he's a guy.....so yep i'm back...i'm at about 85% in terms of healing...the other guy who hit me head on was in intensive care for 3.5 weeks with five huge breaks in his back so i got the better end of the deal..the horrible thing was that he is 83 and his son who is in his mid 50's was in the car with him and the dad told the police that he didn't know why the son suddenly grabbed the steering wheel and reached across and stomped down on the gas pedal forcing their car head on into mine....i swear w. people it just makes you wonder......the great news is that i had no issues w. my heart during the accident or during the surgery so that was a blessing at least..and today for the first time i am going to go out...enjoy the California sunshine and work in my yard and remember how lucky i am....so to all of you.....i am so happy to be back.....am blessed to have all of you in my life and as i sit here typing this there are tears in my eyes because like Sally Field said at the Oscars years ago.."wow you really really like me!" LOL,  Sorry i wasn't able to give you guys updates ....for the first four weeks all i did was stay in bed and sleep and take all kinds of weird pills...then for the past couple of weeks i had to focus on learning to re use the left arm and hand.....tough way to buy a new car huh?  Love you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart...and it feels great to be able to use the computer again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just giving an example how stress or adrenaline goes whacko in my system...one time my daughter didn't call for 2 weeks...should have seen me then lol I'm getting it under control soon...psych dr I'm sure will help alleviate some of it.  When I get stressed or even read something in the news say when the tornadoes in AL and my step mother didn't answer raised my anxiety levels - the ANS system in me is just weird.

Thanks for letting us know, I will not contact the staff.  I do know staff will not give out private email, but they may make contact to see what information can be shared.

Lisa, please try to be calm and hopeful... not fretful.  We all care about one another so Cindy's unexplained absence is troubling.  However, she did come back to tell us about the dreadful accident and at least that tells us she survived that.

see this is part of my problem, when I read no one else has talked to her; in the pit of my stomach I'm sick...even though I don't know Cindy, I know she's been through a lot and things happen

the worry wart inner me just kicked up some major adrenaline and even shot so much in my system my stomach's sick; my ICD picked up the high funky HR and my monitor said to call 911 if i'm having trouble lol I'm pathetic I know..

I worry too much, fret over simple little things; even though I tell myself not to and panic over stupid things...here I am picturing something horrible has happened to Cindy when probably she's sitting on a chair in the sun relaxing taking it easy after her accident...

I just can't help to worry though...

She use to reply to private messages, but has not in a long time. Maybe you can ask the MH people, and if they speak to her perhaps she will give them permission to let us know she is ok?

I have left "notes" on Cindy's profile page too, no response.  

I am also concerned.

I was going to send her a private email directly, but I don't have her email address.  I was sure I did, but seems not the case.  I have not tried the personal message from he profile page as I think that would not be more effective/different from leaving her notes.
