Ok well I felt bad because of the shock mainly it was really scary :( and my specalist apointment is on the 9th of march it was the erliest one , because I don't pay for medical care have to wait to be seen just like everybody else but thanks calmed me a little ill try worry abit less
Probably a brief atrial tachycardia (a line of PACs).
I guess you have monitored your palpitations, and I wouldn't be surprised if they were premature atrial beats (PACs) and maybe a PVC here and there. We all have those, especially if we're a bit nervous. Sometimes this extra "pacemaker" decides to fire a little salvo of beats. This is normal, too.
If it's not sustained (for several minutes) and if you don't get dizzy or faint (except for the shock and anxiety) I wouldn't worry.
From what you say it doesn't sound dangerous to me, but surly something that should be checked by a specialist. How long before you can get an appointment? I'd not be worried about waiting a few days but a couple of months or more might justify appealing for an earlier appointment for safety sake.
