Unexplained Chest Pain, extra beats, etc.

I was diagnosed with a PFO, ASD with aneurysmal septal wall , MVP w. mr, IRBBB and right side of heart slightly enlarged 8 years ago after a 2nd syncope incident.  Have had episodes of PVC's and PAC's for years some times worse than other times. The yearly echo shows a very slow enlargement of the right side of my heart but nothing that warrants getting the hole closed according to my Cardiologist. Recently, I was experiencing an increase in extra beats (I can feel them, although my DR. says, normally they are not felt) along with severe chest pressure prior to the extra beat coming.  My cardiologist put me on a 24hour monitor and performed blood work - blood work was fine. He said a prior monitor test that I had sometime back had showed more PVC/PAC's and felt that the results of this monitor test were ok. He had no explanation for the extreme chest pressure I would feel prior to an extra beat coming on.The 24hour monitor results showed Aberrant SV vs VE pauses = 175 Bradycardia pauses, 5 SV couplets, 13 sinus tach, 66 sinus bradycardia, 7 Ventricular PB and 548 Supraventricular PB's.  He said that because I had 94,000 beats in 24 hours the results were not concerning.  Can anyone enlighten me as to if I should seek a second opinion or is this a relatively good result for 24hours.  Thank you

Thank you for your feedback.   The crushing chest pressure has me a bit concerned.  The other concern is that over the years I have done several heart monitors for one reason or another, never did the monitor ever pick up the pauses that I now have.   I plan on setting up an appointment for a second opinion this week.

well just to put things into perspective for you here...on an average the human heart for healthy humans averages over 100,000 beats in a 24 hour period so you are definately good to go there....i would definately consider getting a second opinion embassy because it never hurts...we don't buy the first car we look at it my opinion.....if there are issues with PAC's those are the post common of all palps that humans have and actually effect over 40% of the human race...the chest pressure is a wonder to me...could be just about anything i think...the possiblity of blood pooling in the valves and be stagnant for a second or two until the EF forces the blood out...could be just about anything...personally if it were me i would get the second opinion just so i could sleep at nite and put this thing to rest.....
