abnormalities in the septal leads

I had a recent ekg and it showed sinus rhythm with t wave abnormalities in the septal leads,,what does this mean??? I also have a small pericardial effusion.
I have lupus with scleroderma with alot of complications,like copd,sleep apnea,diabetes,seizures,epilepsy,pancreatitis,erosive gastritis,gerd,raynauds,sjogrens,and some more.I take alot of medicine along with insulin...is this something I need to worry about?? or is this just ok to have???
