bad digestion&gases

Hi i am 26 pregnant for the 3rd time,in 29 weak,i suffer from constipation all the time &flatulance gas release&bleching most time .
at night i suffer from a case similar to angina syndrom (syndrome) a pain like pressure on chest&rising to left shoulder and ears&dyspnea ,sweating ,bleching loudly,discomfort along gasterointestinal tract ,continue for few hours then go away by it self  this case happened to me before marriage and i was healing it with warm drink like (green tea+pepperment) ,now my gyncologist prescribed a therapy contain(pancreatin+dimethyl polysilicon) called  pankreoflat and herbal laxative(agiolax) ;what is the most propriate theraby to take?
2nd question: after delivary  i suffer from abdomin (abdomen) distension and gases entrapment and of course constipation for about 7 days although of taking glycrine suppositories&dimethicon or si methicon ,one of my friend tell me about zolmac but i heard that it is forbiden now,plz tell me my case name &theraby?thank u...

what kind of diet do you prescribe to?  If you have a lot of protien intake, gas is natural.  (Though from what you say here, this is maybe more than natural...)  I like the green tea and peppermint idea though.
