continued chest pain for 6 months after right ventricular cardiac ablation

I went into Vtach during a stress test this year and had an immediate cardiac cath that showed clear coronary arteries.

I then had right ventricular cardiac ablation twice this year, the first time I went back into vtach so had to have another procedure two weeks later.

I've been through the GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, chest xray, ct scan, abdominal ultrasound and anti-inflamatory steroids. All the doctors, especially the electrophysiological cardiologist that performed the ablations tell me they don't know why I'm having this problem. I went to the Cleveland Clinic and they just put me back on beta blockers, which didn't help. I've been given pain meds, sleeping pills and now finally anti-depressants to manage the problem, but it doesn't even mask the symptoms, much less help the fatigue and inability to do anything exerting.

My pain is in the dead center of my chest and when I stress myself physically it worsens and moves up my chest into my throat so I can hardly talk.   It feels like someone is squeezing my chest and my throat and varies in intensity.

Has anyone had this and gotten any help?
