Strange feeling

Hey forums. I have a strange feeling in my lower chest. It's right above the end of the sternum. It's like a spasm kind of feeling. Kinda fluttery.
I wanted to post up because it put me in a kind of a panic about ventricular fibrilation. I couldnt tell if it was my heart or some kind of muscle spasm. The reason i thought it was my heart is because it seemed like ot was right over the bottom part of it. It lasted about 4 seconds until I kinda bent pver and it stopped. I didn't feel faint or lightheaded during the attack.
I have a small history of PVC. And some anxiety.

From what you have posted i wouldn't be too worried about it especially in absence of other symtoms.  The heart sits dead center of the chest and between the nipple lines and super slightly to the left...the heart is about the size of your left fist.  Trust me if you had VT you would know it because the symtoms are crazy bad......could definately have been a spasm coming from the xiphoid process region which is the very tip of your sternum and is not an unusual occurance or it couild be stomach related....if it were my body i would probably relax a little bit but if in doubt call the doc for the real deal....have a great weekend

I'm also only 19. So it's probably kinda rare for someone my age to go into a vent. Fibrilation. I don't drink or smoke either. I try to eat healthy and take vitamins everyday.
