stokes adams some of symptoms deleted.

sorry didn't proofread. FOr all3  incidents, after blood trickling thru head,#1 fell forward against table,#2 fell on washing machine,#3 started to fall against wall. IN #1+2 heart gave HUGE flip and shdudered, felt like someone hit me in the chest, then i had the worst heat/hotflash in my head, then horrible feeling of impending doom.#3 minor feeling of the same. this is why i think neurocardiogenic in origin. what do you think? Also any other disorders that have no prodrome, can occur when seated, and then have horrible heat/flushing afterwards?
sorry for the confusion.

First on the differential is still neurocardiogenic syncope, but further evaluation is necessary to rule out other causes.  Neurocardiogenic syncope is by far the most common and can occur with no prodrome, although many of the symptoms you describe sound like a prodrome.  Feeling fatigued after the event is consistent with neurocardiogenic syncope -- that is a classic symptom.  Syncope from cardiac causes does not classically cause fatigue.

Cardiac causes can cause the heat sensation, but this is typically from neurocardiogenic/vasovagal syncope.

I hope this helps.
