what should i ?

kayy my dear friend has a bradycardia. i'm just wondering if one day its occurs in the middle of nowhere where its just me n him, its not that severe or anything but his experiencing all the symptoms. what should i do if it ever happens? n btw he told me that it occurs to him rarely but just incase im asking.
