My anus is bleeding for more than a 3 weeks now, what do I do?

I had been analy sexually active 3 weeks ago.
My last anal sex was also 3 weeks ago. Back then i have hemorrhoids but they were not that painful.
But after a rough anal sex my anus started to bleed. It really hurts especially when im dumping.

I have tried zits bath and mixed guava leaves just now(it has anti bacterial properties) and somehow it feels so relieving.

This is going to help heal the wound faster right?

Sounds like two possible options:  you have hemorrhoids or you tore part of your rectum during anal sex.  Eat lots of fiber, drink lots of water, and take frequent sitz baths.  If you continue bleeding, though, especially if the blood is dark in color, you should see your doctor.
