What exactly is very low? HBsAb? How many doses of the vaccination have you been administered, and how far before the HBsAb was tested?

I'm sorry... but I do not understand that... what is ASO? I don't know what the 3 is supposed to mean. If you can type out (exactly) the name of the test, the reference ranges, and the reported information, maybe I'll understand better.
