you just need to follow my steps in the post "update on my fatty liver" you can find it by google or medhelp search

fatty liver is mainly due to low vitd25oh, overweight and bad processed food in the diet

you need much hihger levels of vit d to help, at least 60-80ng/ml

for creatinine:
try baking soda 1 tea spoon with some fresh lemon juice in it daily
fibroguard
increase of vit d

I Think u need to repeat LFTs (Bilirubin, ALT, AST)
also get your albumin levels and PT (blood tests)

and let us know to exclude decompenstation of liver or the lab error
