if you had vaccine as a child, you may want to get checked again considering you're older now and have given bloody oral.  This is almost as high risk as getting anally penetrated.  Did you not notice the blood when you started the act?  Or was it the blood a result of your technique (or lack thereof)?

Vaccine gives protection for 10 to 20 years, you get tested fir  antiHbs quantitive and if it ia less than 10 iu/ml you are ok. Or you can just get new vaccination and forget about it for another 10 years.

also to make you feel easier i will tell you that some people that were living with hbv infected and did not used contraceptives did not get infected. It still remains somewhat a mystery as to why  but there are some people like this.
But know that HBV is many, many times more infectious then HIV and easier to catch.

You put yourself in danger heaving and unprotected sex with hbv infected.  Knowing that he is infected you should vaccinate yourself against HBV, to not worry about it for life.

As for panicking you don't need to - it does no good. Say even if he did infect you most people clear hbv - 95% of healthy adults.

2. There are hepatitis B immunoglobulins that are available, these can stop the new infection within 2 weeks I believe if given by injection. Then you can be vaccinated at the same time against hbv.

So you do have options, but I would go see a doctor on Monday and tell them what has happened so they can take preventive measures.
