Please i need information

Hi everyone. like the others here, i am so anxious and so worried now. I am an Asian and currently working here in Saudi Arabia. Last December 27, 2012 I guy from here forced me to give him ********. I was so afraid that time so I ended up doing what he asked me to do. The worst part is he ejaculated in my mouth but I spitted everything. I did not have sores or open bleeding cuts in my mouth. After about 40 minutes, I brushed my teeth. 2 weeks after the incident, i had fever, loss of appetite, mild fatigue and slightly inflamed nodes on my neck. it lasted for about 2 weeks. I did not have sore throat, or cough and colds. After the symptoms were gone, i experience burning sensation in my eyes which i think is causing my eyes to look red and teary (including the lower conjunctival sac). This thing in my eyes is still present now. I can not go and get medical assistant here because I am afraid that they might find something in me and will cause my deportation. I badly needed this job! So I am just relying to the information here in the internet. What is my risk of Hepatitis B from this exposure? I was not able to complete my Hep. B vaccine. I only received my first shot but i was fully immunized during my infancy stage (I am not sure if this will help). Please please help me! I am so anxious that every day I am in front of my computer searching for anything here in the internet. I still can not go home to my country now. My vacation is on June and that's the only time that I can get a full test for HIV and other STDs. But now i need you to put my anxiety to a manageable level until June. Thank you so much po and God Bless!

Sounds like some ongoing infection or you are under too much stress. Try and sit back and put everything you been through on paper - sounds like a story for a book.

thank you so much for your reply. This thing is really bothering me so much. There was no blood involved in the oral sex but its the ejaculate in my mouth that makes me worry so much. I've been browsing the net since then about the risk of getting Hep B through giving oral sex with the presence of ejaculate in the mouth but i can't find clear answer to it. Please if you have reliable information about it please share it to me.

I was tested negative for Hep B last September, October and November 2012. That was the only exposure i had after those test.

Another thing that is bothering me now is the icteric phase (jaundice) of Hep B. I am afraid that if ever I have Hep B and jaundice would manifest on me, they will find out about me and deport me immediately. :(  This is really killing me!

Do you know any reliable information as to how much risk you get when you perform oral sex with ejaculate in the mouth with no blood and cuts in the mouth? I am still talking about acquiring Hep B. Please help! thanks in advance!

95% of adults clear hbv by themselves..

HBV is most like a blood born disease ..

in few cases the virus might be seen in saliva, sweat when the hbeag is +ve in the infected implies virus is actively replicating in the body.

Chances are very very less.

Hello, I know it is easier said than done but please don't worry.  I am sure you are fine.  You can get tested in June.  In the meantime, hard as it may be try to put it out of your head.  Even people who know they have been exposed wait 6 months to be tested.
If no blood involved, I don't think it can be transmitted the way you describe though I would imagine other things can be so make sure that you get tested for all.  With Hep C it has to be blood to blood,
I wish you the very best and I pray it will be ok for you.  I had Hep C and never had any symptoms after contracting it so do not know for sure when I got it.  You may have just had a virus like the flu.  Also, just so you know you can go to the doctor for other things like colds and flu etc.  They do not automatically test for Hepatitis.  It is a separate test that has to be done.  I wish they did do it maybe I would have found out earlier that I had it.  My regular blood tests showed nothing until I had it for 30 years.
