did you vaccine baby at birth?

it is normal you have flctuations you have cronic hbv and especialy when you are pregnant the virus will do whatever it can to infect the baby, so hbvdna and alt rise are normal

alt rise with a low hbvdna is always good it is the immune system killing infected cells, just check that while alt is abnormal hbvdna gets lower so you will know who is winning between your immune system and the virus

also keep in mind that from 2008/2009 there are new alt normal levels alt<30 men alt<19 women, the labs don t change it because it is to common to have higher alt due to diet/alcool but those are the new normal values

If you have question about HCV, a test will answer it.  If your C section is in a normal hospital it is unlikely to be infected with HCV there.

ALT AST can rise due to many reasons.  If you think yours is due to HBV, there are other test results that will support your view.  So have more tests about HBV which will help you understand.  Do you have symptoms?
