ALT becoming lower
my alt is becoming lower, what does it means? on may 24, 2011 my alt is 204.7 my last test was june 24, 2011 and the result is, ALT 136. please help me im strange to this hepa b. was it a good news?
alt only are meaningless even on liver damage, you have to compare alt/ast, hbvdna, hbsag quant in iu/ml and also fibroscan so you can have an idea of what is happening
the best situation is high alt with decreasing hbsag and hbvdna with no liver damage which means your immune system is killing infected cells
