The entire market is down so everybody shifts from equity to fixed income. I'm in the asset management area and you would be suprised how many equity firms have long term positions in the biopharma. This is only temporary and investors look for liquidity. Some my have results already but because of the information is non-public they are required to hold their positions.
Not true. Look at their long term charts...
There is nothing related to their clinical trials or products it is all down due to oil & Chinese currency devaluation. So it'll probably rebounce.

If you look at long term trend you'll see it consistently goes down for both of the companies.
Bearing in mind pharma companies stocks are some of the most unstable anyway.
