HEPATITIS B TREATMENT

Hello,
I took pegasys for 1 year and my doctor introduced me to Viread because the goal was not achieved. Though we achieved undetectable hbv DNA  and the hsb count was not upto 150 uiml .
I was then placed in Viread till now .
Is it possible to stop Viread after 4 years treatment and switch back to pegasys because i always have high volume of HBS count which is upto 3000 uiml but the DNA is always undetectable .

Please give specific respond and ideas. thanks

if you had hbsag decrease it is resonable to keep intf for at least 96 weeks or stagger intf treatment with short periods of tdf

post your hbsag baseline and decline on therapy, if no sides and hbsag decline definitely go on
hbvdna is of little use for predicting hbv clearance

Please post your tests in chronological order
Date/alt/hbsag/dna
It would be easier to understand.
