also check calcium serum level from time to time, in europe it is just 2euro
that s a fraud, vitamin d has never been found toxic on any real report and 1hrs sun makes 20.000iu of vit d3, ask them if you get toxic when you stay in the sun....
70ng/ml is ok you dont need to increase but keep it at 70ng/ml
