Please Stef2011 and all I was diagonised of hepB in 2010, and at about july of that year a doctor recommended Liv.52 for me. I took it until January 2010 I stopped the Liv.52 for some time, consulted another doctor who asked for a series of test including abdominal scan and LFT. The only issue then was that I still tested positive to the surface antigen test for hepB. Again in september 2011, I did LFT test and discovered that my ALK phosphate was 16 points that is 108 for a range of 22-92 every other parameter was normal. What do I do now to ascertain my situation.
Again my wife is negative and has started taking the vaccine. Please talk to me.

if they ship samples to south africa they have probably all blood tests available, hbsag quant too.another member from ghana had hbvdna and hbsag quant in iu/ml and he said too the lab was sending all samples to south africa for testing

no fibroscan is just a 5min check with a machine called fibroscan which is much more reliable than biopsy because it monitors liver damage as often as you like

check how to get hbsag quant by shipping blood samples to india and then check if tenofovir and peginterferon are available in ur country, i know from other members both are available while fibroscan and hbsag quant are not

fibroscan, always, blood test are complementary, if your liver is destroyed or you risk life only fibroscan will tell
