Breast feeding child

Please note i've been advised by many health professionals it's safe to do breast feeding child while taking truvada, provided truvada is taken for hepatities b not HIV.

Any more thoughts on this.

tdf has zero sides effects on breastfeeding, it is the most used antiviral on pregnancy
as regards truvada i dont know but i guess it is the same because truvada is tenofovir+ftc and ftc is not a drug with significant sides effect at all

I have the same question but with tenofovir, my son just born and my wife is being treated with tenofovir, I worry that drug will may cause any negative effect to the baby :(
