Can I start taking tenefovir now? Please help me

Hi,
Below are my HBV test results.
Hbsag +ve
Hbeag -ve
Hbeab +ve
Hbcab +ve

Principal Lft elevated
09/08/2017 - SGPT 113.3 (higher than twice the upper limit already), SGOT 60 (high but all other markers in normal range)

09/08/2017 HBsAg (Confirmation & Quantification)
Cutoff Value 50,656IU/ml < 0.005 reference range
This test is used for the confirmation of the presence of HBsAg by means of specific antibody neutralization in biological samples found to be repeatedly reactive

My HBSAG is so high eventhough my HBV DNA is less than the detectable range. Can I take tenefovir and add on pegintf when the HBSAG drops? I will so much be happy to get a response as I am in the dark, the doctors are not helping and I fear I might be going to something worse. My LFT and HBSAg are very high. I know the high HBSAG means the cells are grossly affected. I feel very mild fever and fatigue.

You WILL have to visit a professional hepatitis doctor for the best information.

Do you or your doctors consider yourself as infectious to other people?? Or can you have unprotected sex as your dna is undetectable and hbeag negative and hbeab positive??

@Viviva thank you for your comment, I do appreciate. I will definitely contact another hepatologist. Unfortunately, there are not much of them around in Nigeria.

To answer your question, of course I consider myself infectious despite the hbvdna undetected hbeab+ hbag- status. According to reports though, the chance of spreading male to female is higher than female to male and there is usually less than 2% chance of transfer per exposure (I actually think less than 1). Trouble is that as the number of sexual exposure between same male to female increases, chances of transfer also increases (that would mathematically amount to 100% possibility of transfer out of 200 times of sex), so after about 20 months if you have sex once in 3 days, partner can be infectious but we know that adults have a 95% chance of clearing and develop immune so actually the chance of transfer PER exposure is highly low. Most contract this disease from childhood, from sexual partners with high viral load (recently contracted), 40+ age group and Hbeag+ candidates.

I hope we get a cure soon so we can all be free from this devastating menace.
Per sexual exposure I meant
I hope you are cured too.
