Can someone help me please.

Im having terrible pains in my Liver gallbladder area, lower back, mid back, and more but those are the worst most consisstant ones...This is how I found out I have Hep B, However they assure me that it is notdue to the Hep, My HBV viral load is 19,800 iu and all my liver levels are normal. They said I do not need treatment to come back in 6 months. Now if this is all true, and they cant find nothing in an abdominal CT, chest Xray and in the son-a-gram, they only found a 1.9cm Hyperechoic fossa benign mass adjacient to my galbladder, which they claim is nothing, Why on earth am i having so much pain, it goes and comes everyday! sometimes it last for 24 hrs but havent had 1 day without pain in 2 months, What could it be? and why on earth wouldnt i have treatment when my load is so damn high? I know this is a very hard question to answer, Really no way to answer but Im just looking to reach out and hear from others...Maybe I will get lucky..Thank you and GOD bless.

Hi, it is really frustrating to have various symptoms and the doctors tell you nothing special or nothing wrong. I'm also similar to your case; I have often the constant muscle, bone and joint pains as well as the pain on the right shoulder upto the upper right abdominal quadrant. Right now I'm having a terrible lower back right pain which makes it really hard for me to sit or bend down.
I think hepB is one of the most complex diseases, and it makes it extra difficult when one knows there is not yet any cure that could help us.
The pain in my lower right back is really sharp and it comes and goes without warning. May be we should  try some light exercise, I hope it helps.

thx, How long have you been having this pain? for some reason my other organs are acting up, once my egfr was low, once my glucose was high...my crp is a little high.... The last 72 hours or so, the pain went from a constant stabbing pain in my liver area to a burning, pressure feeling....God help us :'( I've lost 35 lb in a month and a half and Im eating...Maybe Im not losing anymore, not sure though..
I've had this type of pain for a few year on and off. Actually it was such kind of body pain, muscle pain, and the general feeling of sickness that made me seek help from my doctor. Initially, the doctor was downplaying my issues, dismissing them as relaed to my mental health, like anxiety, etc. He even treated me as if I was faking my illness. Then my hepB was discovered, then followed with discovery of chronic hypertension, chronic kidney infection, and chronic small fiber neuropathy. The specialists I've bee
n to attribute all these issues with my chronic hepB. In general my situation is getting worse with time and as I get older. My hope now is to convince my doctor to start treatment, then hopefully all these side issues would be improved.
Try not to stress too much, try to enjoy life and make yourself busy, as well as having a good quality time with your family and friends. Also consider to train moderately. God bless and good luck.
I told you yesterday that I had a sharp pain at the lower right back, that pain is still plaguing me. I hope it will go over in the coming days.

You only needs treatment if your liver function test and viral load is high  i.e viral load above 2000 ui..
