Pls help me interpret this hepatitis profile

a friend of mine had this for her hepa profile, based on the result alone she has it. She was exposed to the virus around 2 years ago meaning that she may be chronic(?)

HBSAG reactive 3.5/ 0.086
AntiHBS non reactive 0.017/ 0.046
HBEAG non reactive 0.079/ 0.107
ANTIHBE reactive 0.023/ 1.415
anti HBC IGG reactive 0.018/ 0.679
anti HBC IGM NR 0.032/ 0.068

her ultrasasound said that her liver size is normal, no lesions

questionshttp://www.medhelp.org/posts/new_with_new_subject?forum_id=223#
1. is she contagious?
2. does this require interferon treatment?
3. will she develop cirhossis or liver cancer?

thanks in advance and more power!

If she got that 2 years ago I suspected her status is chronic.
