the only things that matter now is if you aim to clear hbv:
you have to start tenofovir and make the peg add on in 3-5 years time
if you aim to stay healthy you need to check your fibroscan and if more than 6-7kpa you must strt tenofovir to regress fibrosis to no fibrosis less than 5kpa
these are the only facts, i would go for tenofovir to clear hbv in about 5 year time by the peg addon

yes because before i had stable transaminases and now they facultate with high viral load 44million ui/ml ,on15/5 will do my viral load test
a question if for ex have a flu is this make our system weak to control hbv ?because one week befaure had a flue then my transaminases rise?

if you are on therapy only hbsag quant in iu/ml and hbvdna in iu/ml are important, all the rest will rise as immune system clears hbvdna and then go normal.
you have all normal low values: example alt to be considered high must reach 1000-2000 with no meaning for liver damage and with a lot of virus clearance at those values
