at 63 you must check carefully because cirrhosis and liver cancer come in high rates after 40-50 years old.in case of hbvdna detactable and abnormal ast/alt fibroscan>7kpa it is safer to treat by antivirals for liver cancer prevention, only those with life long inactive hbv and no liver damage are very safe at any age while after 50yo it is better to monitor close and treat if hbvdna detactable, ast/alt abnoormal

none of those test can define your liver damage and your hbv status

liver damage: can be monitored only by fibroscan every 6 months, not by ultrasound and not by biopsy.
biopsy can tell the degree of damage once but then cannot monitor

hbv infection:
hbsag quantity in iu/ml
hbvdna pcr in iu/ml
ast/alt
