Dose TDF have a side effect with muscle twitching?

I have been taking tenofovir disoproxil for a month now.

I just wanted to know if it has a side effect with muscle twitching.

I sometimes get a twitch in my lower right back.

I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced it while taking the drug as I am thinking it could be my kidney trying to adapt to the drug.

it is very important that you check the following because almost all hbvers have this:
intact pth not in the low range of normal, like for a normal 10-80pg/ml a pth of 10-15pg/ml
this low pth will ensure no osteoporosis will slowly happen and no immun suppression

vitd25oh, whatever level to make intact pth low.if receptors are not mutated/blocked vitd25oh 90-100ng/ml suppresses pth to very low

vit k2 mk7 or mk4 if you want to prevent hcc, mk4 shown effects at 45mg daily.this will also make sure calcium will go to the bones

As Stef said, it's a magnesium and vitamin D defiency.... I can vouch for this.

When things went "active" for me, all those vitamin levels for me were essentially "hijacked" and things got really bad. The muscle twitching happened a lot. After a few months of being on the vitamins, it went away for me.
