Fibroscan question

Hello I finally got my fibroscan results and it was 5.4 so no fibrosis. Is this a good number or should it be lower? What is the F1 rating?  Above 7?

My doctor said I should monitor my alt and my dna and if it becomes elevated even though my liver is okay, that I should go under treatment and I don't want to.
