tdf has no resistance whatever you do

on the studies peg protects even from lam resistance although not 100% for lam.there are studies on this sequence but the results are the same as when you start peg and tdf at the same time not like those with tdf for 5 years or more and then pegintf add on

in any case even peg+tdf started all at once is superior to peg alone, there are a few studies and hbsag decline is more, hbsag loss is a littlemore

I wonder if anyone tried to add tdf during peginf treatment not from the start like on that trial, for example around week 35 ?
And the other concern would be if there is a risk of developing resistance to tdf, it would be very bad especially when taf is around the corner.

check out this study, maybe you need to add tdf for a better decline of hbsag since your alt are indeed elevated but hbsag decline was slow.check out the alt charts and compare to yours
