I read somewhere that supplementation should be 3 weeks on 1 week off and so on ..
I will definatelly use it after peginf no matter of the therapy results.

how much time it takes to get tolerance ?

it's depending on the type, for instance, Siberian root ginseng get tolerance within a week some expert advice not to taken for more than a week, but you can try it by yourself, when you feel it's not working, you can stop it for a week & then take it a gain, that is why red ginseng is better regarding this point.

some people claim that using Korean Red Ginseng Extract (30grams) for a year can get full cure of HBV, but we have to see a scientific research on this.

Finally be aware about the interaction with some medications before taking any herbal remedy as in energy supply or a treatment.

I would be interested of this only because of it's benefits for the liver, no other "sides". That's why I wonder if someone experienced for example viral load/hbsag decrease or some liver functions improved ?

Ginseng is really good for everyone who wants  to get an extra energy, but the problem is your body get tolerance after time , its used to improve the liver's health in some patient especially patient with HCV more than HBV
