Once you have a basic understanding, gather your labs and ask your doctor questions since your doctor is treating you. Then you could ask for specifics here. From what you wrote, we just know you probably have HepB. That's it.
When you don't know the basic and ask such a vague question, it's really hard to answer. It's like trying to explain complexities of Devising Mechanisms from Rate Laws and the Michaelis-Menten Equation to someone who never took basic chemistry.
