What does this mean?

Hi I just got my annual check up result:

HBsAg (screening) = Non-reactive
Anti-HBs (ECLIA) = Reactive (>1000.0 IU/L)

---Notes:

To consider recovery from hepatitis B infection vs. vaccination. Suggest full panel hepatitis B profile. Advise Internal medicine consult for further evaluation and management.

A nurse told me that I am negative to Hep A and Hep B but why would the Doctor suggest a Hep B profile. I didn't have any Hep B vaccination from what I can remember but my mom said that I had a lot of vaccines when I was small. Should I be alarmed with this result? Please help, thank you!

No, you are immune to HBV.

Best.
