one good thing about this is, it is not excercise to make you lose weight (healthy bmi is less than 24) but food types.i never lost weight by excercise i did by that diet and supplements

resveratrol changes a gene that controls fat burning or accumulation, at the time resveratrol in liposomes was not available so i used berries and black rise which are very rich of anthocyanins and resveratrol.it was increadible but i reached the weight of my teens so i think the research on reservatrol is real it can change gene expression making cells younger and burn fats like when we were young

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/resveratrol-does-provide-anti-aging-benefits-study-shows/

i can assure you diet sources work, pills dont work for sure because resveratrol is not absorbed and liposomes might work they just arrived on the market so nobody tried it

fatty liver canbe much more dangerous than hbv according to severity and the disease is on all organs, liver just reflects the fat infiltration of all organs

you have to lose weight and change diet, organic only, zero processed foods with chemicals, no sugar, no fat, very little diaries.you have to make vitamin d25oh 100ng/ml by taking 10.000iu of d3 daily, resveratrol liposomes from maxhealthlabs and fish oil with dha+epa 2,5-3g (very few brands have this content).fish oil with no pollutants pcb are few nordic naturals is one of them

study what i did and copy it as religiously as you can

Fibroscan is available in us but not in all states. I was lucky that my state has one but it was a pain to get appointment since my doctor was not in their network

Thanks for the response! I am in US and I think some of the good stuff (like fibroscan) are not available here. Anyway, I am male, 40. My ALT is 67 and has been in that range for at least a few years. Other liver function numbers are normal. I also have fatty liver. Should I be worried? Thanks!

you are using obsolete tests for hbsag.the prehistoric machines with elisa test still used in some countries and outlaw in others cannot detect all hbsag types and can have a very high number of false negative.those machines dont use hbsag quantitative n iu/ml whihc is absolutely a must for chronic carriers

anyway you just have a different type of hbsag and hbsab doesn t work on your type, you better check hbsag with elecsys roches or abbott architect to see hbsag detectable but anyway the virus is there because you have hbeag

retest hbvdna with sensibility 6iu/ml

and if you want to clear hbv peginterferon is the best choice, check fibroscan to be sure liver is not damaged
