Hep A, B, and C blood titer results

If all my results for the Hep A & B & C blood titers come back Non-Reactive for surface antigens and I have been Immunized for all 3 strains, does this mean I am cleared for clinical work & patient care?
Do i need to do anything else for clearance?

Hepatitis A is mostly self-limiting. The infection usually clears itself.
The test for Hepatitis C relies on the presence of antibodies for HCV, followed by tests for presence of HCV RNA. There is no vaccine for it yet.
The test for Hepatitis B is the only that relies on the presence of HBV surface antigen in the blood.

So, I am afraid you have given us a lot of incorrect information.
