HBV wounds oral precum vaccine

Hey there, I had m2m oral sex (with Precum) with a guy in a country with 9% chronic hbv, when I went home I found this small red area at the gum of my front tooth, can't guess what it was, maybe a small burnt tissue after having lunch. And while kissing i think though in not sure that i tasted blood. I had hepatitis b vaccine three times the last one at 11/4/1996, I was born at 1994 so this happened about 21 years after being vaccined. Am I at risk of getting hbv? Cause I read some articles about needing to boost the vaccine and that it works only 5-7 years after the third time. Though WHO says minimum 25 years if not for life and about all sites do not recommend boosters only recommends it for people with certain dieses. Please help. I posted twice cause I had some words corrected, this is the right post.

The red area does not explain anything and does not prove you have hep b. Get tested for your immunity level.

Thanks a lot))
Though i meant that this red spot can do as a route for transmission. and if I may ask, All sites say that boosters are not recommended nor the titer test as a routine process. So I wanted to ask if there is any risk at all? I asked a doctor that as a medical student should I do anything for hbv since I was vaccinated in childhood, he said no.
