Hi All,
Can plz tell me which foods to avoid eating if we have HBV.
And I have heared that Black seed are very helpful to eliminate HBV, So how can i take it ?

black seed is immunomodulator and anti inflammatory too. it can boost your immunity. i was using 2wks got lots of energy and my allergy disappeared but stopped now coz of dark urine and not feeling hungary which may or may not be related to black seed. b4 i use again i will wait to recover from this sides and see if its caused by black seed.
Don't be paranoic when it comes to diet, it just should be healthy. You may and should eat healthy fats like olive oil or cockonut oil ! Just cut sugars which are bad for everyone and of course don't drink alcohol.
