Your ALT is excellent, indicating that no liver damage is being done PRESENTLY. That doesn't mean that there is no liver damage (as liver damage could have been done earlier).
You most likely don't need to take medications at this very point...but will need to monitor your hep B regularly.
You still need the following test to be able to get a better picture of your state:
- Hepatitis B DNA
- Fibroscan of your liver
- Ultrasound of your liver

When you have those results report back...
