My question is what is my option other than take this tablet or do you know anything about Viread?

Viread is one of antiviral drug for HBV; yes it needs time to see if its working to suppress the virus number (HBV DNA)...
my advice is, live a healthy life.. in my opinion until now the only effective cure is from our own immune system.. you need to get yourself as fit as possible.. so your immune system might work properly..

research the medication and you need to go to sites that deal with hepatitis like hepatitis central or hcv.org yet I wish my alt and ast numbers looked that good.

1.  You are stable.
2.  Viread will get your HBVDNA to UND, but you may need to take it for a long long time.
3.  Another option may be to monitor regularly.
