HBsAg reactive please...

This is a mind boggling problem and please give me an answer.

So this is how we knew that my brother had been a reactive case. It was our christmas vacation to US (our first time there) and we have to complete our health papers and we got vaccinated and all. and then when we went back to our homeland.... we had blood tests done for blood transfusion.

it says HBsAg reactive with the patient value of 2.443 cut off value of 0.045

and then my brother had his 23 months treatment for this and these are the results

hbsag 2.769

how come it just increased after all that treatment what does that mean?

how can it be treated

The numbers are mostly meaningless as long as it clearly says "reactive". He needs to get several other tests done.
This will help you get started.

you need to give the unit of the HBsAg test result.

It could be S/N, S/CO, or ng/ml.

With different unit it can mean greatly different.
