HEPA B labtest result

can anyone please interpret my result:

HBeag - non reactive
anti - HBE - positive (0.032)

can I be given a "work to fit" clearance?

You have HBV, HBsAB will not come till HBsAg is negative.

--Yes.  You don't have Hep B and you are immune.
